The 364th Sustainment Command wears a shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) featuring a Heptagon shape symbolizing the seven army values: Loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. This command is headquartered in Marysville, Washington. The patch has a diameter of 2-3/4" and can be attached using hook and loop fasteners.
