339th Combat Support Hospital Unit Crest (Save Serve Support)

These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 339th Combat Support Hospital. Their motto, "Save Serve Support," signifies their mission. Originally approved for wear in 1969 for the 339th General Hospital and redesignated in 1997. Previously headquartered in Coraopolis, PA. All unit members wear these insignias, except for designated high-ranking officials. Such unit crests are worn on both the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) and Army Service Uniform (ASU).
