32nd Combat Support Hospital Unit Crest (Surgical Care Mobility)

These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 32nd Combat Support Hospital (32 CSH). Their motto, Surgical Care Mobility, reflects the unit's mission. Initially approved for the 32nd Surgical Hospital in 1969, it was redesignated in 1973. Unit crests are worn on both the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
