319th Regiment (BCT) Unit Crest (Volens et Potens)
The Distinctive Unit Insignia (DUI), often called Unit Crests, uniquely represent each U.S. Army unit, originating from official coat of arms designs. They're worn by all personnel except high-ranking officials. Enlisted personnel place them on the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat, mirroring officers. However, enlisted personnel don't wear them on the Class A uniform.
