314th Regiment Unit Crest (Fortitude and Courage) 

Unit Crests, or Distinctive Unit Insignia, serve as distinct emblems for each U.S. Army unit, stemming from the unit's authorized coat of arms. They're worn by all personnel within the unit, except for specific high-ranking officials. Enlisted personnel place them on the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat, just like officers. However, enlisted personnel are not allowed to wear the unit crest on the AGSU uniform.
