310th Regiment Unit Crest (Allons Mes Enfants)
Unit Crests, officially termed Distinctive Unit Insignia, act as unique emblems for each U.S. Army unit, commonly referred to as "Unit Crests" by Soldiers. Crafted from authorized coat of arms designs, all unit members, except general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman, wear them. Enlisted personnel and officers alike attach the unit crests to the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat.
