310th Personnel Group Unit Crest (Service Readiness Excellence)
Unit Crests, officially termed Distinctive Unit Insignia, act as exclusive emblems for each U.S. Army unit, often called "Unit Crests" by Soldiers. Crafted from authorized coat of arms designs, they're worn by all unit members, except for general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman. Enlisted personnel and officers alike affix the unit crests to the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat.
