30th Field Artillery Regiment Unit Crest (Striving to the Highest)

The 30th Field Artillery proudly wears these distinctive unit insignias (DUI) with the motto "Striving to the highest." The red crest symbolizes Field Artillery. Originating from Fort Sill, Oklahoma, the 30th Field Artillery's DUI was initially approved in 1951 for the 30th Field Artillery Battalion. It underwent redesignations in 1958 for the 30th Artillery Regiment and in 1971 for the 30th Field Artillery Regiment. Unit crests are worn on both the Army Class A Service Green and the Army Service Uniform (ASU).
