28th Infantry Regiment Unit Crest (No Motto)

The 28th Infantry Regiment proudly wears these distinctive unit insignias (DUI) with the nickname "Lions of Cantigny." Headquartered at Fort Benning, Georgia, the DUI for the 28th Infantry Regiment received approval in 1923. Unit crests are a part of the uniform for both the Army Class A Service Green and Army Service Uniform (ASU).
