28th Finance Battalion Unit Crest (Finance Excellence)

The distinctive unit insignias (DUI) are proudly worn by the 28th Finance Battalion, featuring the motto "Finance Excellence." Approved for wear in 1994, these insignias are worn by the Pennsylvania Army National Guard (PA ARNG) and based in Lebanon, PA. Unit crests are part of the uniform for both the Army Class A Uniform (Greens) and the Army Service Uniform (ASU).
