25th Aviation Regiment Unit Crest (Lele Makou No Na Puali)

The distinctive unit insignias (DUI) are proudly worn by the 25th Aviation Regiment. Their motto, "Lele Makou No Na Puali," translates to "We Fly For the Troops." Activated in Oahu, HI, this unit crest received approval for wear in 1963. Unit crests are a part of the uniform for both the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and the Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
