237th Personnel Services Battalion Unit Crest (Support Defend)
Unit Crests, officially termed Distinctive Unit Insignia, are specific to each U.S. Army unit, though commonly referred to as "Unit Crests" by Soldiers. These insignias are derived from the unit's authorized coat of arms. All personnel within the organization wear the insignia, excluding general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman. Enlisted personnel position the unit crests on the green service uniform coat, centered on the shoulder loops. Conversely, enlisted personnel are not permitted to wear the unit crest on the Class A uniform. Officers center the unit crest on the shoulder loops, aligning it with the inside edge of their grade insignia.
