216th Engineer Battalion Unit Crest (Fight and Build)

Unit Crests, also called Distinctive Unit Insignia, are unique emblems for each U.S. Army unit. Derived from the unit's authorized coat of arms, they're worn by all personnel except high-ranking officers. Enlisted personnel position the crest on the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat, while officers do the same on their uniform jackets.
