1st Medical Brigade Unit Crest (Fortitude And Compassion)

Unit Crests, often referred to as Unit Insignia, are distinctive to each U.S. Army unit, originating from the authorized coat of arms. Worn by all personnel within the organization, excluding general officers and specific senior leaders, they are centered on the green service uniform for enlisted personnel and on the shoulder loops for officers. Enlisted individuals are not authorized to wear the crest on the Class A uniform. Officers align the crest equidistantly from the inside edge of their grade insignia to the outside edge of the button, with the base facing the outside shoulder seam.
