183rd Aviation Regiment Unit Crest (Aves Praedae)

Unit Crests, also called Distinctive Unit Insignia, are exclusive emblems representing each U.S. Army unit. Derived from their authorized coat of arms, these insignia are worn by all personnel except senior officers. Enlisted individuals affix them on the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat, while officers position them similarly on their uniform jackets.
