17th Psychological Operations Battalion Unit Crest (Win With Words)
Distinctive Unit Insignia, officially termed Unit Crests, are exclusive emblems for each U.S. Army unit. Crafted from the authorized coat of arms, these insignias are worn by all unit members, excluding general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman. Enlisted personnel attach unit crests to the green service uniform coat's shoulder loops, centered equidistantly from the outside shoulder seam to the button's outside edge, with no authorization for the Class A uniform. Officers center the crest on shoulder loops, equidistant from the inside edge of their grade insignia to the outside edge of the button, on both uniforms.
