176th Finance Company Unit Crest (Pay The Way)

Distinctive Unit Insignia, commonly referred to as Unit Crests, are individual emblems derived from the official coat of arms of each U.S. Army unit. They're worn by all personnel except high-ranking officers, positioned on the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat for enlisted members and on uniform jackets for officers.
