16th Cavalry Regiment Unit Crest (Strike Hard)

These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are donned by the 16th Cavalry Regiment, known for their motto "Strike Hard." Initially approved for wear in 1958, these insignias were also worn by the 16th Armor for a two-year period starting in 1968. Unit crests are proudly worn on both the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
