158th Field Artillery Regiment Unit Crest (Unusual Efforts Expended) 

The distinctive unit insignia (DUI) worn by the 158th Field Artillery Regiment represents a legacy within the Oklahoma Army National Guard. Initially approved in 1951 for the 158th FA Battalion, it was later redesignated for the 158th Artillery Regiment in 1960 and again in 1972 for the 158th FA Regiment. Unit crests are proudly displayed on both the Army Class A Uniform (Greens) and the Army Service Uniform (ASU).
