The distinctive unit insignia (DUI) presented here is worn by the Special Troops Battalion, 5th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division. Their motto, "Rely On Me," is inscribed on each unit crest. This DUI received approval for wear on both the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens) in 2008.
